Kauê Moser Ramos, 23, founded EliteBall Management around a clear principle: every player deserves a career plan shaped by close attention, honest dialogue and responsible ambition.

An undergraduate Business Administration student, Kauê combines management training with hands-on experience in football and business. He is fluent in English and has lived international experiences in the United States and Canada, strengthening his ability to build relationships across cultures and markets.

Marcos Paulo Paulini

A former professional forward and Joinville icon, Paulinho is the club’s fifth-highest scorer with 76 goals. His career also included Ulsan Hyundai in South Korea, Criciúma and Santa Cruz. He brings first-hand football experience to player assessment, club relations and sporting operations.
